We provide Home Inspections and Radon Testing for homes in most areas of Eastern Iowa. We perform on-site computerized reports along with photos with a listing of any deficiencies on the property. You will receive the complete inspection report typically within 24 hours.
Buyers have the option to be present for the home inspection. A typical home inspection is approximately a 3-4 hour process based on the size/condition of the home. Buyers are encouraged to attend the summary overview at the end of the inspection period. This summary review period typically takes around 30-45 minutes.
If you are unable to attend the inspection summary review, we can easily email the report(s) to you and also your Realtor upon written request. Our professional staff will give you an unbiased evaluation of the home and give you some “Peace of Mind” during the buying process.

Pricing Estimates:
Radon Testing fees are priced at $150.00 per test (includes tax). A radon test is discounted to $125.00 when accompanied along with a home inspection service at the same time.
Condo (slab/single level) inspections fees start at $340.00*
Zero Lot or Town Homes inspections fees start at $400.00*.
Single Family Home inspection fees start at $460.00*.
*Additional fees will be added to an inspection based on the square footage of a home, the age of a home, if there are multiple mechanical systems, crawlspaces and the homes location.
Payment is due upon completion of the inspection(s). We accept Cash, all Major Credit Cards, Venmo and cashier/personal checks. A $25.00 discount is available for military branches.
